Where do you delivery to? We service mainly South East and Eastern Melbourne metro areas. However we occasionally also service the Northern suburbs too. Please note there is an extra surcharge for delivery outside a 15km radius from our base location.

Can I pick up and drop off the hire item? Unfortunately we do not currently offer this service but we are working on something in the near future to accommodate our customers needs.

Why do you charge for bond? As a hire company we must ensure that our goods are returned in the same manner it was delivered. This is to help protect our growing business so we can continue to service our customers and ensure consistent quality for all events. This bond is 100% refundable if all conditions are satisfactory met.

How often do you get new props? We are always on the hunt for new exciting things. Our aim is to add something new to our collection each month and come up with creative ideas that will help bring your event to life.
